Chic Silver & White Twilight Styled Shoot

Wedding Videography International Polo Club

Truthfully, styled shoots are something that we just started doing here at Digital Producto Films.

Now, if you’re a bride or groom you may not be familiar with what a styled shoot is in the wedding industry…

but if you are, just skip these next few paragraphs.

To break it down: A styled shoot is simply a group of vendors who come together with their various talents and products to create a “mock wedding shoot” — which is then submitted to a publication.

For us vendors, it gives us the opportunity to work together and get to know one another on a more personal level. It also brings us future business from referrals and brides who see our published work.

But one of the best part?

It gives our clients some great ideas for their upcoming wedding. This is because we can be far more creative in a controlled setting and “push the limits.”

So, without further “a do,” I’d like to share with you one of our most recent styled shoots that got published by the great people over at Borrowed & Blue. {see the full post here}

The Twilight Shoot at the Wellington International Polo Club

This is the video that I put together for this wedding shoot. It’s more of a “behind the scenes” point of view. I hope that you enjoy!

First, I’d like to thank all the great vendors for this shoot. They sacrificed their time and resources to bring something very beautiful together.

This styled shoot was part of a series of three shoots we did all in one day. I honestly have no favorites, as I really liked how all of them turned out.

This particular one was a lot of fun. We even put the wedding dress IN the pool to get that “perfect shot.”

Crazy right?

But that’s what you get when you work with a great vendors like Bacio Bacio. (Which by the way, has some of the most beautiful wedding dresses.) Also, you’ll noticed the incredible detail found in the dress in the video and photos.

When you’re the videographer on a styled shoot, it’s always super important you get along with the photographer as you work with them pretty closely most of the day. Olga from Vivid Pink Photography was a great pleasure to work with — and I’d highly recommend her if you’re looking for a photographer for your big day.

Here are some of the beautiful photos from that shoot:

Here are some of the other GREAT vendors we worked alongside. If you’re looking for any of the following vendors, I’d highly recommend them.

  • Fabuluxe Events – One of the best wedding planners I know — and just super nice.
  • Johnson’s Cakes – Super yummy cakes and a true professional in her field. You can’t go wrong.
  • MB Florals
  • Atlas Party Rental
  • International Polo Club
  • Hair Stylist – Modern Bride by Natalia
